Project management
Communication is vital and so we provide an expert point of contact, from your initial phone call through to completion. You will be assigned an experienced project manager who will be on hand to respond to your enquiries at every stage.

Site management
Your dedicated site manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of your contract. This includes providing a method statement and risk assessments through to ensuring a high standard of workmanship and that the contract is completed on time and on budget, in a safe and professional manner.

Qualified workforce
Our talented and committed team consists of skilled concrete specialists. All carry a CSCS card and are fully qualified in confined-space access and escape procedures.

Free-of-charge survey and testing
Our comprehensive survey is carried out free of charge. It provides valuable information, enabling you to fully understand the scope of requirements from the outset, eliminating the risk of surprises and hidden charges. Once a schedule has been agreed, we will endeavour to embark on your works within two weeks.

24-hour, 7-day emergency call-out
During your contract, if a problem arises after we have left your site at the end of the day, we are available to receive calls at any time. Specialists will be with you within two hours, wherever possible, to solve any issues.

Guaranteed materials
All of our materials come with guarantees which are between five and fifteen years in length. If any issues arise within the guaranteed period, we will repair the damage at no cost to you. We also carry out five and ten year surveys, free of charge, on longer guarantees.

Approved applications
We are approved suppliers of Sika, Flexcrete and Webac products.

Insurance
We have full public employers’ liability insurance valid to £10 million.
